RenewIQ Terms of Service

RenewIQ is a digital reminder and document management platform designed to help users track licenses, permits, certifications, registrations, subscriptions, insurance policies, and other items with expiration or renewal dates.

RenewIQ provides reminder tools only and does not guarantee the renewal, validity, or compliance status of any item.

Users are solely responsible for:

• Monitoring expiration and renewal dates
• Verifying the accuracy of information entered into the platform
• Maintaining copies of important documents
• Completing renewals before applicable deadlines

Failure to receive a reminder does not relieve the user of responsibility for renewing or maintaining any item.

RenewIQ may provide reminders through:

• Email
• SMS/Text Message (see Section 3a)
• Push Notifications
• In-App Notifications

Notification delivery depends on third-party providers and other factors outside RenewIQ's control.

RenewIQ does not guarantee delivery of any notification.

Program name: RenewIQ Expiration Reminders.

By opting in — either by checking the SMS consent box in the RenewIQ web app for your own number, or by texting START from your own phone to (904) 736-3947 — you agree to receive recurring automated SMS service messages from RenewIQ about the items you or an account owner have chosen to track. These are transactional service messages, not marketing.

Message frequency varies based on the number of tracked items and their expiration dates. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any RenewIQ SMS. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages unless you re-enroll. To re-enroll, reply START. For help, reply HELP or email info@renewiq.net.

RenewIQ will not send SMS to a phone number that has not opted in, and will not send SMS to a number that has opted out. The RenewIQ user who added a phone number to a category is responsible for confirming they have the recipient's permission to be contacted.

Users retain ownership of documents and content uploaded to RenewIQ.

By uploading content, users grant RenewIQ a limited license to store, process, and display such content solely for providing the service.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to upload all content submitted to the platform.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity occurring under their account.

Certain features may require a paid subscription.

Subscription pricing, features, and limits may change from time to time.

Unless otherwise required by law:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance
• Payments are non-refundable
• Users may cancel at any time
• Paid features remain available through the end of the current billing period

RenewIQ does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to:

• Maintenance
• Software updates
• System failures
• Third-party outages
• Events beyond RenewIQ's control

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RenewIQ Technologies LLC shall not be liable for:

• Missed renewals
• Expired licenses or certifications
• Regulatory penalties
• Lost profits
• Lost business opportunities
• Lost data
• Indirect or consequential damages

Users acknowledge that RenewIQ is a reminder tool and not a compliance or legal service.

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

RenewIQ may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Abuse the platform
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Create security risks

Users may delete their accounts at any time.

RenewIQ may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the platform after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
