If you opt in to RenewIQ SMS expiration reminders, we collect and process your mobile phone number, consent timestamp, disclosure version, opt-in source (web form or "START" keyword), IP address, and user-agent string. We use this information only to (a) deliver recurring automated expiration reminders you or the account owner have configured, (b) process opt-out requests, and (c) maintain a compliance audit trail.

Message frequency varies based on the items you track. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any RenewIQ message to opt out; reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

RenewIQ does not sell or share mobile phone numbers or opt-in information with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are transmitted only to our SMS carrier (Twilio) for the purpose of delivering the messages you requested.

We retain SMS consent records (opt-in, opt-out, and audit events) for as long as required to demonstrate compliance with applicable telecommunications and consumer-protection laws, even after you delete the associated account or contact.

RenewIQ is not intended for individuals under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

If you are a California resident, you may have rights under applicable California privacy laws regarding access to, correction of, and deletion of personal information.

RenewIQ does not sell personal information.
